Druma-floor NC/SR

This panel, with an RW of 34 dB, is composed of a calcium silicate core material, with on both sides an aluminum skin which is bonded with a special sound insulating glue.


The panels are grooved on all four sides and can be connected with an aluminum spline 38x3 mm and can be fixed with an aluminum countersunk rivet.

The floating floor includes an integrated B-15 approved solution for inspection hatches. The hatches can be installed using specially developed stainless steel profiles fitting in the grooves of the floor panels and using the standard width of the floor panels. Maximum hatch length is 1560 mm.


Installation and handling:


The panels are supplied with heavy synthetic corner protectors and are predrilled all round. After placing the panels and the aluminum splines, the splines just need to be drilled (hole diameter 4,5 mm). Hereafter the panels can be fixed with the supplied thread-forming screws (M 5x12 mm).


It is recommended to cover the floor with hardboard panels after installation to prevent serious damage.
